We loved this restaurant, ate here twice during our weeks stay in Medulin. Everything is beautifully presented, excellent value too, fresh food. The tuna steak with baked polenta was amazing!! and the mint semifrado desert was sublime! Service on our first visit was not as attentive but the second time we visited our waiter was superb excellent recommendations and couldn't do enough for us.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo preso rispettivamente tagliatelle (in realtà sono pappardelle) ai frutti di mare e al salmone e zucchine, entrambi davvero ricchi di gusto e di eccellente preparazione, la pasta sembra fresca fatta in casa e il condimento è abbondante e molto saporito. Per secondo il filetto di tonno con polenta (che in realtà è un particolare pane giallo ripieno di formaggio a pezzi), abbiamo leccato anche i piatti.Tornerei a Medulin solo per mangiare nuovamente questi piatti.

Zu Allererst: unbedingt reservieren ... wir haben das online (zeitgemäße Homepage) gemacht und für 9 Personen einen schönen Platz auf der Terrasse bekommen. Empfang und Bedienung sehr höflich aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Getränke kamen alle prompt. Vorspeisen waren auch bald da, Hauptspeisen ca. 30 Min Wartezeit. Dazu muss man sagen, dass hier wirklich ALLES ausgezeichnet und frisch schmeckt. Fleisch und Fisch kommen von den beiden Außengrills direkt auf den Teller. Als absolutes Geschmackserlebnis müssen allerdings die Ochsenbacken sous vide noch extra hervorgehoben werden. Möglicherweise das beste Essen in ganz Medulin. Die (wenigen) negativen Kritiken können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Die etwas höheren Preise sind angesichts der gebotenen Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt. Für ein Essen in dieser Klasse zahlt man in Österreich nicht selten das Doppelte
